ectropion , ectropium (ek-tro´pe-on, -pe-um)

A rolling outward of the margin of a part, e.g., of an eyelid. [G. ek, out, + trope, a turning]

cicatricial e. e. of the eyelids after burns, lacerations, or skin infection.
